Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, frameworks, and functionality (including the Digital Asset Owner blueprint, SOPs, and community materials) are and will remain the exclusive property of Digital Advertising Team LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission.
Earnings Disclaimer & No Guarantees
Digital Advertising Team LLC provides educational frameworks and business consulting. We do not guarantee any specific financial results, revenue, or success. Any financial numbers referenced on our site or within our community are illustrative of concepts only and should not be considered average earnings, exact earnings, or promises for actual or future performance. Your success depends entirely on your own effort, operational capacity, and market conditions.
Community Conduct
Members of "The Collective" and "The Boardroom" are expected to conduct themselves professionally. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our community immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms, spam other members, or engage in malicious behavior.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Digital Advertising Team LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
